How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Pakistan within 12–15 working days.
Can I return or exchange a book?
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items within 5 days of receiving your order. Customers must provide clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect books as proof. ARVO covers the shipping cost for exchanges. Refunds for online card payments are processed within 15–20 days.
